Tell us what you think about FCCJ administration's response that the union's compensation proposal was not realistic.

The Administration said a 2-point reduction would cost $805,000. I have calculated that figure to be:

375 faculty (counselors & librarians not included) * 2 points * $550 per point = $412,500 even with 18% benefits added the figure is still way less than what the Administration is quoting!
